REFUND POLICY

1. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
- Refunds are not provided for partial months of service
- Unused premium features are not refundable
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing app usage for more than 24 hours
- Unauthorized charges
- Duplicate charges
- Service unavailability for extended periods
3. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of the charge
- Provide your account information and reason for refund
- Include transaction details and screenshots if applicable
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
4. REFUND METHODS
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when refund is processed
5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Used premium features (likes, boosts, super likes)
- Completed transactions older than 7 days
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
- Subscription fees for services already provided
6. DISPUTED CHARGES
If you believe a charge is incorrect:
- Contact us immediately
- Provide detailed information about the charge
- We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
