REFUND POLICY

1. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store and auto-renew.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple, not by Spark Haven. To request a refund, use Report a Problem in your purchase history or Apple’s refund process.
We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or for unused premium features once access has been granted.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Apple may consider refunds in circumstances such as:
Technical issues that prevented you from using the app for an extended period
Unauthorized or accidental charges
Duplicate charges
Significant service unavailability
Eligibility is determined by Apple’s policies. We can provide information (e.g. account status, outage details) to support your request if you contact us.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (APP STORE PURCHASES)
Through Apple: Use Report a Problem (reportaproblem.apple.com) or your purchase history in the App Store / Apple ID settings. Apple reviews and decides refund requests.
Contact us: For accidental purchases, duplicate charges, or technical issues, you can also contact us at sparkhavenapp@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your account details and reason. We can assist and, where applicable, provide information to Apple or advise you on the refund process. We cannot issue refunds ourselves for App Store transactions.
4. REFUND METHODS
For App Store purchases, any refund is paid by Apple to the original payment method, per Apple’s processing times and policies.
We do not process refunds directly for in-app purchases or subscriptions.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Used premium features (e.g. likes, boosts, super likes already used).
Transactions older than the period allowed by Apple (e.g. typically beyond a short window after purchase).
Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms and Conditions.
Subscription or purchase fees for service that was already provided or accessible.
6. DISPUTED CHARGES
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized:
Contact us at sparkhavenapp@gmail.com with details (date, amount, product, and what went wrong).
We will respond and assist where we can (e.g. confirming account activity, outages).
For a refund, you must still submit a request through Apple’s refund process; we cannot reverse or refund App Store charges.
